SECURING DEPOSIT     

                                                                             

Upon reservation, a 50% deposit of total cost is payable within 48 hours of the date on which the reservation is made. The balance is only payable on the date of the reservation. Should the deposit not be received in time, the reservation may be automatically cancelled without notification.

 

CANCELLATION

 

Should a cancellation be made 21 days to 8 days prior to the reservation date, an administration fee of R250.00 per person is payable. The deposit or part thereof will be refunded within 7 days after the cancellation.

 

Should a cancellation be made within 7 days of the reservation date, or on the reservation date, the full deposit amount will be forfeited unless the reservation can be filled by another. In this case the administration fee of R250.00 per person will apply.

 

CHANGE OF DATE

 

Should the reservation date be changed / postponed 21 days to 8 days prior to the reservation date, an administration fee of R250.00 per person is payable.    

 

• Should the reservation date be changed / postponed within 7 days of the reservation date, or on the reservation date, the full deposit amount will be forfeited unless the reservation can be filled by another. In this case the administration fee of R250.00 per person will apply.

 

“COOLING PERIOD”

 

Any reservation cancelled within 5 days after securing deposit received, will be refunded in full – no questions asked.
