Terms and conditions
Every package page renders these same terms from one source, so the fee and the deposit window can never disagree between pages.
Deposit
On reserving, a 50% deposit of the total cost is payable within 48 hours. The balance is due on the date of the reservation. If the deposit is not received in time the reservation may be cancelled automatically.
Cancellation and date changes

| 21 to 8 days before | R250 administration fee per person. Deposit refunded within 7 days. |
| Within 7 days, or on the date | Deposit forfeited, unless the reservation is filled by another booking, in which case the R250 fee per person applies. |
Date changes follow the same tiers as cancellations.
Cooling period
A full refund is available if you cancel within 5 days of the deposit being received, no questions asked.
